  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry and cut into 1-inch wide strips.
  3. In one bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken strip into the egg wash, letting excess drip off, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Arrange coated strips in a single layer, spaced apart.
  6. Lightly drizzle about 1 tablespoon olive oil over the strips or spray with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip each strip and bake for another 10-12 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C) and golden.
  8. Let the chicken strips rest for 5 minutes on the pan before serving.

Notes
