A quick and easy grazing board featuring creamy whipped feta, drizzled honey, and a colorful assortment of seasonal fruits, perfect for entertaining or a casual snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 23 tablespoons raw honey
  • Fresh figs, quartered (if in season)
  • Seedless grapes, halved
  • Ripe peaches or nectarines, sliced
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • Apple or pear slices (tossed lightly in lemon juice to prevent browning)
  • Mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)
  • Crunchy crackers or sliced baguette
  • Fresh herbs like mint or thyme for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Whipped Feta: In a bowl or food processor, combine crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice. Blend on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until creamy and smooth. Scrape down sides to mix evenly. Add freshly ground black pepper and pulse once more. If mixture is too thick, add a teaspoon of water or more olive oil for desired consistency.
  2. Wash and Prep Fruit: Rinse all fruit under cold water and dry thoroughly. Quarter figs, halve grapes, slice peaches or nectarines, and toss apple or pear slices in lemon juice to prevent browning. Arrange fruit on the board in colorful clusters.
  3. Arrange the Accompaniments: Place crackers or sliced baguette on the board, leaving space for nuts and whipped feta. Use small bowls or ramekins for mixed nuts and honey drizzle. Scatter fresh herbs like mint or thyme around the board if desired.
  4. Assemble the Board: Spoon whipped feta into a shallow bowl or spread directly onto the board in a neat mound. Drizzle honey generously over whipped feta and some fruit clusters to tie flavors together.
  5. Final Touches: Add any extra fruit or nuts to fill gaps. Optionally, add toasted seeds or edible flowers for crunch and color.

Notes

For vegan variation, substitute feta and cream cheese with cashew-based cheese and honey with agave syrup. Use seasonal fruits based on availability. Warm whipped feta slightly in microwave for 15 seconds for a creamier texture. Keep crackers separate until serving to avoid sogginess.
