  • Strawberries, hulled and halved
  • Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned in juice, drained)
  • Green grapes (seedless)
  • Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • Kiwi slices (peeled and cut into rounds or half-moons)
  • Mango cubes (ripe but firm)
  • Red grapes (seedless)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: a few drops of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruit under cold water. Hull and halve the strawberries. Peel and cube the pineapple and mango. Peel the kiwi and slice it into rounds or half-moons. Remove grapes from stems and pat dry.
  2. Thread the fruit onto wooden or bamboo skewers in rainbow order: red strawberries, orange mango, yellow pineapple, green grapes or kiwi, blue blueberries, and purple/red grapes. Alternate sizes for a playful look and leave space between pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice, 1 teaspoon lime zest, a pinch of salt, and a few drops of vanilla extract if using. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness or lime to taste.
  4. Place the skewers on a serving tray and cover with plastic wrap if preparing ahead. Chill the yogurt dip in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve the skewers alongside small bowls of the dip for easy dipping.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle chopped fresh mint leaves over the dip before serving for extra flair.

Notes

Use firm but ripe fruits to prevent skewers from falling apart. Always use fresh lime juice for best flavor. Assemble skewers close to serving time to keep fruit fresh. For vegan options, substitute Greek yogurt with dairy-free coconut or almond yogurt and honey with maple syrup or agave nectar. Leftover skewers keep up to 24 hours refrigerated; dip keeps 2-3 days but may thicken.
