These fresh no-sugar peach popsicles are a quick, easy, and healthy summer treat made with ripe peaches, lemon juice, and sparkling water. Naturally sweet and refreshing, they are perfect for a guilt-free snack on hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) sparkling water
  • Optional: a few fresh mint leaves or a pinch of ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches: Wash, peel, and pit about 4 medium ripe peaches. Optionally blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds then plunge into ice water to loosen skin. (10 minutes)
  2. Puree the peaches: Place peeled peaches in blender or food processor. Add 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. Blend until smooth or pulse for some texture. (3-5 minutes)
  3. Add sparkling water: Gently stir in 1 cup (240 ml) sparkling water to the peach puree without blending to keep bubbles intact. (2 minutes)
  4. Optional flavor boost: Crush and stir in fresh mint leaves or add a pinch of ground ginger if desired. (1 minute)
  5. Pour into molds: Carefully pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top. Insert sticks. (5 minutes)
  6. Freeze: Place molds in freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight until solid.
  7. Unmold and serve: Run warm water over molds for a few seconds to release popsicles. Serve immediately or store in airtight container in freezer. (2 minutes)

Notes

Use ripe peaches for maximum sweetness. Adding sparkling water at the end preserves carbonation and prevents icy texture. Optionally stir mixture halfway through freezing for smoother texture. If popsicles are too hard, add more sparkling water or a splash of unsweetened apple juice next time. Peeling peaches is optional but recommended for smoother texture.
