These frozen peach yogurt bites are a quick, nutritious, and kid-approved snack combining creamy full-fat Greek yogurt with ripe peaches and a touch of honey, perfect for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup (240 ml) full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop about 2 large ripe peaches into small chunks (about 5 minutes).
  2. Place chopped peaches, 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt, 1–2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice into a blender or food processor.
  3. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth but still slightly thick.
  4. Taste the mixture and add more honey if needed, then pulse a few more seconds.
  5. Spoon or pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray, filling each cavity about 3/4 full (about 5 minutes).
  6. Place molds on a flat surface in the freezer and freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely solid.
  7. Once frozen, gently push the bites out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for creamy texture. Taste mixture before freezing and adjust honey as freezing dulls sweetness. If bites stick to molds, run warm water briefly over the outside before popping out. Store in airtight container and consume within 2 weeks for best texture.
